Event

Allowance applies to every player's course handicap, which the app calculates from the tee's rating and slope.

Gross format — straight strokes, so handicaps and allowances aren't used. Handicap indexes stay on the roster in case you switch to net.

Spreadsheet setup

Faster than typing 18 holes by hand. Download the template, fill it in Excel, and upload it back — courses, tees and players all come in at once.

The download opens to a Read me first sheet, plus one example row on each of the other three — delete the examples before uploading. Uploading replaces courses and players. Players are matched by name — anyone already in the roster keeps their existing login code.

Courses

Add every course the event plays. Rounds point at one of these.

Tees are matched by name across courses, so use the same tee name (e.g. “White”) on every course a player plays from. Export codes downloads every player's name and login code side by side — handy for printing a sheet, or pasting into a group text instead of sending codes one at a time.

Each round has its own course, format, teams and tee times — and matches, in match play.
